Report Issues


Before reporting an issue, try searching the extensive user's help or gLynx help topics. There are several pages of useful figures and instructions for common tasks. In the event that you can't find an answer to the issue you are facing, follow any of these options:

  • Send an email to support@gina.alaska.edu with the text Report gLynx issue in the subject line.
  • Go to Contact Us from the portal where you experienced the issue and fill out the form, providing your name, a valid email address, and a detailed explanation of the issue. The catalog administrator will get back to you with further information or questions.

We will notify you when applicable in response to your inquiry. Thank you for your help and support in developing and maintaining gLynx.
